Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) Policy & Procedures

Should a product become defective during the warranty period, please fax the E Power Technology RMA Department and request a return merchandise authorization number.

Please include the following information in the fax:

A. Company Name, Telephone Number, and Contact Name.
B. Original E Power Technology Invoice Number or other Proof of Purchase.
C. Item Name, Serial Number and the problem.

Fax the information to (626) 935 1689, Attn: RMA. Once we receive the fax, our RMA Dept. will process the authorization and fax or email you your Authorization Number.

No WALK IN customers please, note that you MUST have an RMA number prior to arriving at E Power Technology.

When you are ready to ship or deliver the product back to E Power Technology, the following is the procedure you need to follow:

• Clearly mark the RMA Number on the shipping box. Shipments missing a legible and correct RMA number marked outside the package will be refused and lost.
• Ship ONLY the product (s) for which the RMA number was issued. E Power Technology will not be responsible in any way for unauthorized returned product, especially but not limited to non-E Power Technology product.
• Include in the package a proof of purchase, such as a copy of the original invoice or sales order with the appropriate line item marked.
• Please attach a printed description of the problem of each piece of merchandise.
• Make sure that the merchandise is securely packaged in packing of at least equivalent quality to the original packing. Remember that you are responsible for the product until we receive it. E Power Technology will not be responsible for and does not warrant against damage of any sort incurred prior to our receipt of the product. In our experience, common carriers will also not be held responsible for shipping damage in cases where packing was insufficient.
• Products are to be shipped Freight Prepaid to E Power Technology within seven (7) days of issuance of RMA Number. E Power Technology reserves the right to cancel without notice any RMA number for which the product has not been received within 14 days of authorization issuance, and per our policy shipments without a current and proper RMA number will be refused.
