E Power Technology Retail Power Supply Warranty Policy

All E Power Technology  power supplies are under a one-year limited manufacturer warranty except following models which carries 3 year warranty

EP-2000P10-T3, EP-1200P10-T2, EP-1000P10, EP-1200P10, EP-750P3A, ZU1050W, ZU-950W, ZU-850W, ZU-750W, EP-MP600

  or otherwise implied at the time of purchase.

E Power Technology product warranty is enforceable only by the original consumer purchaser.

E Power Technology will repair or replace products cover inside the warranty period at no cost to the original consumer purchaser. This limited warranty shall not apply under the following condition

Any product which has been modified without permission from E Power Technology, or on which the serial number or warranty sticker has been defaced, modified, or removed.

Accident, abuse, misuse, neglect, fire, water, lightning, or other acts of nature, commercial or industrial use, unauthorized product modification or failure to follow instructions included with the product

Repair or attempted repair by anyone not authorized by E Power Technology.

Any shipment damages (claims must be made with the carrier)

 Any other causes which does not relate to a product defects.

Damages cause by cartons, cases, batteries, cabinets, tapes or accessories used with this product.

Exclusion Of Damages
E Power Technology's sole obligation and liability under this warranty is limited to the repair or replacement of a defective product at our option. E Power Technology shall not, in any event, be liable to the purchaser or any third party for any incidental or consequential damage, (including, but not limited to, damages resulting from interruption of service and loss of business), or liability in tort relating to this product or resulting from its use or possession.

Limitations Of Implied Warranties
There are no other oral or written warranties, expressed or implied, including but not limited to those of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. The duration of implied warranties is limited to the warranty length specified in Paragraph
I.

Local Law and Your Warranty
this warranty gives you specific legal rights. You may also have other rights granted under local law. These rights may vary.

Product Registration
There is no need to register your E Power Technology Power product. In the event that warranty service is required, E Power Technology will request proof of purchase (store receipt or invoice) and you must provide that in order to receive warranty service.

If you need help installing or troubleshooting a product please email a description of your problem to support@epowertec.com or call our Technical Support Voice Message System at 1-626-839-2365 Technicians are available Monday through Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Pacific Time.

For Warranty Service
If your product needs repair within the first 30 days after purchase, please return it to the dealer from whom you purchased the product and enclose a description of the problem and a copy of your proof of purchase with the defective product. All products returned to E Power Technology for warranty service must have prior approval, which your dealer can obtain by faxing our RMA Request Form and your proof of purchase to (626) 935-1689 or by emailing to support@epowertec.com  Please, reference your Tech Support Incident number, if available, on the form or in the email.

If you believe repair is required within the warranty period and you can no longer return the product to the dealer, please contact E Power Technology Technical Support as described above. They will assess whether repair or replacement is needed and instruct you how to proceed.

When returning product, please be sure to enclose a clear description of the problem and your proof of purchase with the defective product and return it as instructed by the E Power Technology RMA Department. Be sure to package the product securely (preferably in its original packaging) and ship it postpaid. Your dealer or E Power Technology will not be responsible for damage due to shipping. During the warranty period, your product will be repaired or replaced without charge, excluding shipping and handling.
